“We don’t identify with the limitation, our inability to get our foot behind our head. If you come from a place that says, ‘I can’t do that", it affects what you’re able to do... but if instead, you come from a place that says ’the breath moves in, and the breath moves out’, then you become more un-limited in what you can do in your body.”
